Pls note that Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC 2006), internationally effective since August 2013, was ratified by Argentina last year (Act 26920) and shall become in force in our country as from May 28th, 2015.   

Pls note that tdy, May 11th (0248 hrs), Mt BUNGA LOTUS collided with push boat KOETI (w/3 barges) at km 207, Passage Talabera (used by vessel sailing upstream through Martin Garcia Channel or by vessels proceeding from Nueva Pamira).

• San Lorenzo: No strikes going on. The unions held a meeting on May 5th and decided not to go on strike.
