As per confirmation provided by tugboats companies, they informed that all the tugs crew workers unions (skippers/sailors/engineers) have called for a national strike for an undetermined period of time as from tomorrow may 09th 0600 hours. 

Summarizing:

San Lorenzo:         No strikes going on. The unions held a meeting on May 5th and decided not to go on strike
Rosario:         Oil workers union on strike since May May 4th at 1525 hrs for an undetermined time period,

Customs House advised that they will not enforce the cargo quantity assessment by draft survey and operations will continue to be carried out as per the normal practice: Cargo quantities are assessed by shore scale except for those terminals where shore scale is not available such as in Iron ore
