Coast Guard has informed that m.v. IDSHIP BULKER, in her refloating attempt while assisted by Tug boat RANQUEL has obstructed the navigation channel and they will not allow any vessels to sail through the ground area until the situation is rectified.

San Lorenzo port, Terminal 6 berth is suffering a conflict with the stevedores operating their Barges discharging berth due to the death of one worker at the work site last week. Workers are claiming for safer working conditions. 

At 13:16 hs Tug boat RANQUEL commenced the refloating attempt of m.v. IDSHIP BULKER (still aground at Km 403,8 of Parana River). Please also note a snapshot of an electronic chart depicting the vessel aground out of the navigation channel.
