23rd April 2015 m.v. IDSHIP BULKER still aground at Km 403,8 of Parana River is now obstructing the navigation channel

Coast Guard has informed that m.v. IDSHIP BULKER, in her refloating attempt while assisted by Tug boat RANQUEL has obstructed the navigation channel and they will not allow any vessels to sail through the ground area until the situation is rectified. We will follow up with further developments.
