Extraordinarily low water levels at Parana River

Please note water levels at Parana River have dropped down much more that expected and there are no signals of recovery during the next days.
Sailing drafts have dropped more than 1.5 feet in a few days.
Unfortunately, this decreasing trend could continue or at least, maintain low levels during the next 30/45 days.
