Pilot service suspended on July 20th & 21st

Please kindly note that we've learned that the Pilots Civil Association has summoned for a meeting to all Pilots Companies for a "Reflection & Training Days" in order to discusse National Government's various issues they disagree with.
This meeting will commence on July 20th at 0001 hrs LT and last until July 21st at 2359 hrs LT (48 hours).
In their own words, they will discuss "Pilotage current situation and measures to be taken".
During this gathering all pilots service nationwide will be affected (Upriver ports, River pilots, South ports) causing delays and affecting the normal operations of ports.
