0710 Commenced refloating maneuvers of m.t. CIELO DI HANOI
being assisted by Tugboat RANQUEL from the forward side.
0835 Vessel refloated from her grounding at Km 341 of Parana River,
assisted by Tugboat RANQUEL.
Presently, she's on the way to Ramallo port auxiliary roads, being escorted
by Tugboats RANQUEL & EMMA B, where she'll drop anchors and wait
for authorities in order to proceed with related formalities by taking statements,
carrying out inspections and other surveys.
We are coordinating all necessary arrangements to proceed without delay.
