The delay in grain trucks discharge resulted in incidents last Tuesday night (November 22nd) in front of one of major terminals at Puerto General San Martin (San Lorenzo area). Although the situation did back to normal, this Wednesday morning there were significant delays on the freeway. The area close to San Lorenzo's entrance (by freeway) had a 5 km extension line due to the quatity of loaded trucks. The night before, there was a violent crossing between truck drivers and Nidera Terminal personnel, which ended with a truck drivers agression by throwing rocks and setting an office on fire. Nidera pointed out that facilities affected by fire became useless and they were assessing if there is danger of collapse. In the meantime, they kept working to take the trucks in, but recognized that they were doing it "at a much lesser rythm" .
