0445 hrs, at Km 100,2 - Paraná de las Palmas,
while sailing upstream bound for San Nicolas port.
Vsl of ref. is loaded with 39448 tns coal fm Australia
to be discharged at Siderar Coal terminal.
Sailing draft : 10,40 mts
The Coast Guard has closed the navigation
channel.
No tug boats are assisting the vessel so far.
