Possible Tug boats union strike, affecting all ports

Pls note that negotiations are presently being held at the Labor Ministry between representatives of the Tugboats Union and the interested private parties. If they don't reach an agreement, tugboats clerks will go on a strike, affecting all ports. This strike would also include mooring and pilots boats clerks, which would affect vessels mooring/unmooring and clearance/pilots operations. Reverting with further developments.
