OSRO Certificate will be mandatory for all vessels and barge convoys that transit Parana River

We would like to inform you that through Official Disposition (23/2024) published today on the National Bulletin, OSRO Certificate will be mandatory for all vessels and convoys of all kind and cargoes that transit Parana River. Such OSRO should have to be provided by a National Company authorized by the Argentine Coast Guard.
This disposition will come into force after 30 days since today.
