Vessel not obstruct navigation, it is outside the channel
Vessel was loaded at San Lorenzo port with a qtty of abt 23000 mt of Maize
& abt 5.000 mt of Sbm destined to angola

For now, they are working with their machines to get out of their stranding
by their own means (navigation down/up river, is open)
