m.t. HOEGH ESPERANZA run aground at Km 145 (River plate)

Please note that, on July 29th at 2240 hrs LT, the m.t. HOEGH ESPERANZA run aground at KM 145 of the River Plate (Punta Indio Channel), during her inbound navigation towards Escobar port with a sailing draft of 9,60 mts.
Vessel is partially obstructing the navigation, only vessels with less than 6,40 mtrs of draft can sail thru the area.
Presently she is being assisted by Tugboat Madrugador.
