After a series of rumours, the Stevedores Workers Union (SUPA) informs that, due to second COVID-19 outbreak, they will resume the 14-days-quarantine of waiting time policy for vessels coming from foreign ports (all of them, not only Brazil's) and counting as from their departure from that port.
Unless the vessels transit time from foreign port to loading port is over 14 days, she would have to drop anchors and wait for quarantine term fulfillment before she proceeds to berth.
In principle, this will apply in Necochea & Bahia Blanca ports, only.
But it is not to be ruled out that same could apply in other Argentinean ports.
