Crewchanges in Argentina

Please note today the Immigration authority has open the borders to the foreign nations crewmembers. As from today the crewchanges can be performed again in Argentina. The only entry access will be via the international airports or ferry boats from Montevideo, Uruguay Nationalities that require visas to enter the Country will have to request same at the Argentine consulate at place of origin. Passports that do not require visas to enter the Country can. Crewmembers will have to sign a sworn affidavitt and present a negative PSR test prior entering.
