As from yesterday Dec 1st, GLENCORE Agriculture will begin to implement the VITERRA brand within the countries where it operates.

Viterra operates in 37 countries, with a fully integrated agricultural network connecting producers and consumers to provide agricultural products that are sustainable, identifiable and of controlled quality.
"Our talented people, along with our network of assets, allow us to offer a wide range of services and products, which enables us to create successful long-term relationships with our clients," added Mattiske. "Together, we look forward to further growth and investment in our network and we look forward to continuing to connect the agricultural industry."
Mattiske also thanked shareholders, who recognize the critical importance of the agricultural industry, and support the company's long-term strategy.

We are excited to working with them to realize our potential as an industry leader."
Due to issues of timing and commercial activities, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Romania, Russia and Ukraine the brand change has been rescheduled for May 2021. Beyond the change of name and brand, the businesses of the company will develop normally.
In Argentina, the Viterra network includes Oleaginosa Moreno Hermanos Sociedad Anónima (OMHSA) and Renova S.A.
Oleaginosa Moreno, present in the country since 1961, has an important network of production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, made up of collection and storage plants, oilseed products processing plants, rice milling and ports of shipment for export.
OMHSA and its related companies generate quality employment for more than 3,000 people in 65 cities and towns in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, La Pampa, Entre Ríos and Corrientes.
Renova S.A., with its soy milling plant, the world's largest scale, and its biodiesel assets, is part of the Viterra network.
