Open Loop scrubbers wash water discharge banned at Argentina

Pls note that since August 10th and according to Coast Guard´s disposition 15/2020 the discharge of wash water product of the exhaust gas cleaning systems (Open Loop Scrubbers) have been banned in all Argentinian Waters.
The before mentioned disposition dated August 03rd became into force last August 10th banning the discharging of wash water of Open Loop Scrubbers in all Argentina´s jurisdictional waters.
