Bunkers availability in Argentina (Zona Comun)

Pls note that YPF/Shell will not be producing IFO until the first weeks of April, seriously compromising the bunkers delivery in Zona Comun (except for some select clients for whom they keep an emergency supply). Petrobras in Bahia Blanca and San Lorenzo ports are still producing and selling IFO. We will revert with any news regarding this matter.
