1545 m.v. AVOCET ARROW refloated from Km 135 of Parana de Las Palmas river, assisted by tugboats MADRUGADOR and TUMBADOR I. Vessel is presently being tugged to Km 120 in order to undergo inspections. Coast Guard will reopen navigation channel once the vessel is safely anchored. We will revert once the navigation channel is reopened
