mv AVOCET ARROW went aground at km 135 of Parana de Las Palmas river

Pls note that ytdy Jan 31st, 15:15 hrs, mv AVOCET ARROW went aground at km 135 of Parana de Las Palmas river, totally obstructing navigation. Vessel was sailing downriver in 8,80 mts Sailing draft and suffered a black out. A first Tug boat attempted to move the vessel without success. A second tugboat is expected to Arrive on Feb 1st am/noon. We will revert with further data.
