m.v. CRYSTALIA - Vsl aground & refloated at km 437.5 km of Parana River

Pls be informed that m.v. CRYSTALIA ran aground on October 04th, 2034 hs LT on the left magin of km 437..5 of the Parana River.
The vessel proceeded from Vicentìn berth San Lorenzo Port bound for Netherlands, loaded with 45805 sbs and on 10.16 mt draft (Max. allowed sailing draft of the day)
First, vessel tried to refloat by her own means, but as maneouvers were unsuccessful, on October 05th tugboats COOPOR ESTIBADOR II and TUMBADOR I joined in the attempts at 1506 hs and 2100 hs respectively.
Vessel finally refloated on October 06th at 0030 hs LT and proceeded to Rosario main roads for a routinely Coastguard inspection. It is to be noted navigation channel had not been obstucted.
