Pls note that Coastguard informed, on June 21st at 1046 hrs, Mv Belo Horizonte (Flag Liberia / IMO 9605645 / Call sign D5AF7) reported a problem abt m/e on the way downriver at Km 46.5 of Emilio Mitra Channel, at an area where crossing is strictly forbidden and cannot continue navigation.
