March 18th, 1345 hrs, Stevedores Union Strike has been lifted. After a meeting between parties, Labour Ministry declared the mandatory conciliation until March 30th. All loading operations wll be resumed on March 18th at 1600 hrs L

Pls note that Necochea port Stevedores union (SUPA) continues on strike, blocking the whole port and affecting loading operations. Stevedores and Shippers representatives are due to meet today at 1100 hrs at the Labor Ministry.

SINCE TODAY 1330 HRS. ALL OPERATIONS AT LOCAL PORT WERE DISCONTINUED DUE TO STEVEDORES UNION STRIKE. THIS MEASURE STATED IN A CLAIM FROM THE SUPA TO THE LOCAL POWER STATION (CENTRALES DE LA COSTA)
