m.v. BULK DRACO, IMO 9749726, grounded at Buoy 10,5 in Bahia Blanca port today early morning. Local Coast Guard informs channel is navigable although restricted. Tug boats are on their way to assist the vessel afloat. Will update as soon as more information is available.
