General Worker's Union (CGT) nationwide strike on Feb 19th.-

Please be advised that the General Confederation of Labor (CGT) has declared a nationwide strike scheduled for February 19th, from 0000 hrs to 2400 hrs, involving unions across the country.
Furthermore, the maritime and river unions affiliated with the Federación Sindical Marítima y Fluvial (Fe.Si.Ma.F.) have confirmed their participation in this action and have announced a 48-hour strike commencing at 0000 hrs on February 18th, 2026, and concluding at 2400 hrs on Thursday, February 19th, 2026.
As a result, normal operations at all Argentine ports are expected to be significantly affected during the above-mentioned period.
