Deregulation of Bunker Supply at Argentina.-

The Argentine Government has implemented changes to the regulatory framework governing bunker supply for vessels calling at Argentine ports.
Effective January 1st, 2026, vessels will be permitted to bunker in Argentina without quantitative restrictions, without being limited to the minimum quantity required to reach the next foreign port.
The measure is intended to eliminate logistical inefficiencies and enhance operational efficiency.
