m.v. VELA STAR - Has ran aground at km 12 of the Bravo Channel (River plate)

Please note that today at 1930 hrs mv VELA STAR has run aground at KM 12 of the Bravo Channel (River Plate) during her outbound navigation from San Lorenzo to Bahia Blanca port. Vessel is in laden condition, max draft: 10.13 mts.
She is currently obstructing the navigation of vessel navigating thru or towards Mitre Channel. Martin Garcia channel still fully operational.
