Please be informed that “U.R.G.A.R.A.” (Grain Cargo Controllers Receivers Union) went on a 24hs strike at all Argentinian ports as from September 28th at 0000 hrs LT to September 28th at 2400 hrs LT. All loading operations have been delayed.
