New determinant at San Nicolas port

Please note due the extraordinary low levels in the Parana river, San Nicolas Port Authority has declared the new determinant for the access channel (affecting New Port berth, Elevator berth & AES Alicura berth ) to 8 meters.
Basis today Dec 13th river height at San Nicolas port (1,13 meters minus the compulsory UKC of 0,60 cm) the effective draft would be 8,53 meters.
