0310 m.v. DUBAI ENERGY went aground at Km 290 (right margin) of Parana river, completely obstructing main navigation channel. Vessel is loaded with 41.399 Mt of Iron Ore for Rotterdam and with a draft of 10,41 mts.
For the moment, she's trying to release by her own means without tug assistance.
