On January 11th Maritime United Workers Union (SOMU) had limited working hours for tugboats due to failed salary negotiations. 

Since January 16th 1900hs as a result of mandatory conciliation from Work Ministry, tugboats service was returned to normal. 

Pls note that we’ve been informed by Maritime United Workers Union (S.O.M.U.),
 that due to failed salary negotiations, they will return tonight 12.01.10 at 00:00hs 
to work “as per rules”, therefore working hours will be as per below schedule:

Please note the Bahia Blanca port administrator informed that due an undeclared collission occurred last Dec 25th with the mv TRUDY to Pier 5, the authorities determined a max LOA of 190 meters for all vessels calling Pier 5 Puerto Galvan.
