Following our last info related to the subject, please find attached the above mentioned disposition that shall enter into force 60 calendar days as from today, overruling Disposition SNAV, NA9 Nº 028/07.

Please note that Coast Guard has announced a new Disposition SNAV NA9 Nº 027/16 with new sailing draft restrictions, increasing the safety marging under the keel to be in force as from November 25th, 2016 until February 24th, 2017.

Pls note that the nation-wide strike announced by Senasa (which was due to commence on Sept 23rd at 00:00 hrs and last for 10 days) has only affected slaughter houses and other inland facilities, except for port services which continue to be rendered normally.
