Martín García Channel navigation - Update

Good afternoon.
Please kindly note that on March 15th finished the first stage of performed jobs for Martín García Channel's sailing draft recovering up to 9,75 mts at datum.
You can find attached herebelow, the Sailing Widths sheet for March 2017 as per the River Plate Administrative Comission (CARP).
The sheet is in spanish but easy to understand.
Basis this report, the Uruguayan pilots recommends, in order to avoid delays for waiting favourable tides, a maximum sailing draft of 9,45 mts.
Or, for sailing up to 9,75 mts, to wait for favourable tides that guarantee a safety margin of 60 cm under the keel.
