National Immigration Agency - New fees for cargo vessels

We're pleased to inform you that the National Immigration Agency, by means of Disposition 850/2019, has established the reduction of immigration fees that are applied to cargo vessels entering and departing the country at distances greater than 300 Km. (subparagraph q, Decree 231/2009). The reduction shall be 90% for vessels operating in the Port of Buenos Aires and 99.2% for all those vessels operating in all the other ports.
The fees that used to be in force were U$S 1,000 (One thousand dollars) and now shall be U$S 100 (One hundred dollars) for the Port of Buenos Aires and U$S 8 (Eight dollars) for all the other ports.
The reduction shall become effective as from March 1st, 2019.
