Vessel's main engine out of service and obstructing navigation

Please kindly note that, on December 23rd at 1415 hrs LT, the m.v. INTERLINK FORTUITY, loaded with abt 33.000 - Maize, suffered a damage in her main engine (apparently, one piston broke down).
She is obstructing the navigation as she's stopped at the center of the navigation channel at Km 139 of Parana de las Palmas river.
The vessel continues obstructing the main channel navigation and despite the efforts of two tug boats (Tugboat PAMPERO & Tugboat CANDELA S) which are assisting her, she is still ran aground at Km 139 of Parana de las Palmas river.
