Tugs working to the rule

Please kindly note that the Seamen Union (SOMU) informed that, due to not reaching an agreement for increasing the salaries, they will go on strike by working under the rules in normal time only, and for an undeterminate period of time.
They'll work as follows:
DAYLIGHT SHIFT
0700 hrs to 1100 hrs (last time taking lines 1030 hrs)
1300 hrs to 1700 hrs (last time taking lines 1630 hrs)
NIGHT TIME SHIFT
1900 hrs to 2300 hrs (last time taking lines 2230 hrs)
0100 hrs to 0500 hrs (last time taking lines 0430 hrs)

This measure could cause delays in vessels' shiftings in & out, specially in Necochea and Bahia Blanca ports.
