Truck Drivers' lockout still affecting Necochea port

Although the "strike" was lifted on Friday 10th, some remain demonstrating just outside Necochea city.
Resulting situation at Necochea port as follows:
In Pier 1 berth m.v. ISKENDERUN M is idle alongside due to lack of cargo since February 06th.
In Pier 3 ACA berth m.v. AP REVELIN loading with only one chute, to stop today pm due to lack of cargo.
Pier 4/5 berth free.
At roads m.v. STAR KAMILA (to load 66.000mt barley) and m.v. MOTTLER (to load 22mt barley) are waiting to berth at Pier 4/5. Will be authorized to proceed alongside only when truck drivers scatter.
