River pilots still not rendering services

Please note River Pilots companies are still not rendering services due to meeting summoned yesterday 20th at 0000hs.
Expected to finish tonight at 2359hs.

This affected all up-downriver movements and Bahia Blanca port, with subsequent delays involved.
Shiftings within San Lorenzo, Rosario and Necochea ports were not affected.
