Steevedors Union at Necochea port on Strike - Rendering restricted service

Starting today, steevedors at Necochea port (SUPA union) will render restricted service to continue their protest for their salary that started at the end of 2016.
This time around instead of not rendering service for 24 hours, they will work but 2 hours every 6 hours shift. I.E.:
Normal working shift: 0700hs to 1300hs
On strike shift: 0700hs to 0800hs / 0900hs to 1100hs / 1200hs to 1300hs. Not working between 8 to 9 am and between 11 and 12 am. Pattern to be repeated whole day.
This will continue for an undetermined ammount of time.
