Disposition Nº 74 has NO EFFECT (Sanitary & Disinfection Disposition)

We're pleased to inform you that today afternoon, and by official letter from The Ports & Underways Subsecretary (Ministry of Transport), to the Sanitary Authority in Puerto General San Martin (San Lorenzo port), the previous informed Disposition Nº 74 has NO EFFECT in all cargo vessels.
The Letter has been written in spanish and no official translation is available.
However, it is pointed out that:
- Disposition Nº 74 refers to passengers transport means; NOT CARGO VESSELS NOR COMPULSORY FUMIGATIONS.
- It will not be necessary to issue new special requirements, but the already recommended by WHO; i.e.: Free Pratique, SSCEC, Last 10 ports of call, Crew list, Passengers list, Medical Log Book, etc.
If it was required, we will submit the official Letter.
Once again, we're glad to confirm you that referenced Disposition has no longer effect and the situation is back to normal.
