At 13:16 hs Tug boat RANQUEL commenced the refloating attempt of m.v. IDSHIP BULKER (still aground at Km 403,8 of Parana River). Please also note a snapshot of an electronic chart depicting the vessel aground out of the navigation channel. 

Today at 10:00 hs Coast Guard reopened navigation through the grounding area at 10,44 meters during daylight only. 

Please note that m.v. IDSHIP BULKER went aground at Km 403,8 of Parana River while sailing downstream bound for Morocco (Coord: ADM) after having loaded abt. 25000 Maize/Sbm in San Lorenzo port, Vicentín berth.
