Vessel ran aground at Punta Indio Channel

Yesterday January 02nd around 1230hs m.v. AP SVETI VLAHO ran aground at km 145 of Punta Indio Channel due to engine failure partially obstructing navigation.
Vessel is loaded with 38,680 mt of SBM bound to Italy. Draft 10.49 mts, agents Independent Ship Agents(ISA).
Two tug boats shall aid refloating the vessel, ETA today pm.
Coast Guard only allows navigation of vessels up to 7.31 mts (24') until further notice.
