Pls note Maritime Workers Union advice informing the following:
River Skippers and Officers Center of Fishing & Maritime Coasters; Argentine Skippers Union, Engineer and Naval Officers Center and Merchant Navy’s Professional Association of Captains and River’s Masters, all members of FE.SI.MA.F. (River and Maritime Federation Union, inform that:
Having completed all instances of negotiation, and considering the (CAR) Argentina Chamber of Tugboat’s bad faith in negotiating, we still applying the measure of do not carry out “special tasks” at any Argentinian port, unless the ones requested by Martime Authority.
In addition, as from today, 12th., June 20:00hrs, all Companies, excepted Svitzer Argentina S.A.U. will cease their activities at all Argentinian ports.
On the other hand, as from tomorrow, Tuesday 13th., June 09:00hrs, we’ll commence with information meetings at La Boca port.
