m.v. THESTELIA K damaged Quebracho terminal north mooring tower

On February 12th around 2130hs m.v. THETELIA K suffered engine and rudder failure while performing berthing manouvers on Terminal 6 south berth.
She couldn't drop anchors at first due to winch problems. Being adrift she knock down Quebracho terminal's north mooring tower.
When she was finally able to drop anchors, she stopped close to colliding with m.v. UNISON MEDAL, moored at Quebracho terminal.
With the assistance of tug boats she was shifted to San Lorenzo center roads for hull and engine inspections.
Vessel is in ballast condition, about to load 35,000tns of SBM with destination Vietnam.
