All upriver ports will work normally.
Zona Comun Pilot Station: No service, Coast Guard will fill with launch services for pilots.
Recalada Pilot Station: No service.
Necochea port: No Tug boat services / Launch services working normally.
Bahia Blanca port: No Tug boat services / Launch services working normally.
