0000 hrs - Uruguayan boats clerks went on strike for 24 hours, affecting the boarding of Argentinian and Uruguayan pilots at Recalada. Pls bear in mind that Argentinian pilots are using Recalada Pilot Station service to disembark from vessels. However, service will only resume once the wind calms.
