GREAT AMITY went aground at Km 322 of Parana River while sailing downstream 10,52 mts draft, laden with abt 11586 Mt of Maize from San Lorenzo port/ACA berth and ant 20.000 Mt od SBM from San Lorenzo port San Benito berth to Vietnam via Rio Grande. Vessel obstructs main navigation channel. Local Agents: ISA, Coordinators CJ International. Today, June 26th, 0745 hrs, tugboat TUMBADOR I commenced assisting her in the refloating efforts. Meanwhile, main navigation channel remains closed. Reverting with further developments.
