New requirement from Necochea Customs' House

Pls note that, effective today and for the following 30 days, Necochea Customs' House will require Store List Declarations to be submitted to them in the local language (Spanish). We will be consulting with Maritime Centre since this measure is very hard to be applied, with high costs involved. Keep you posted.
