Vessel aground at Km 287 of Parana River, continues obstructing navigation

Good morning
Pls note that Mv BULK GUATEMALA, continues aground since May 13th at 0030, at km 287 (right margin) of Parana River, completely obstructing main navigation channel. Tug boats TUMBADOR I and RANQUEL are assisting the vessel since ydy pm and tdy eam respectively. Also note that Coast Guard is authorizing vessels to sail through the grounding area by using the secondary navigation channel with a draft limitation of 7,40 meters.
