while sailing upstream bound for San Nicolas port.

Vsl of ref. is loaded with 39448 tns coal fm Australia
to be discharged at Siderar Coal terminal.

After four days of strike, truck drivers' union and goverment officers resummed negotiations. Strike was lifted a few hours ago. 

Today is the third strike day.

Situation remains the same: trucks drivers maintain their claims and Terminals are not receiving cargo.
